When Gailen isn’t in the sky he’s on the ground as “The Sky Steward”.  Gailen’s professional and expert experience as an airline and travel industry personality led to the creation of a widely visited blog known as, Dear Sky Steward.

In 2007 Gailen formed Sky Steward (www.dearskysteward.com), an online resource and forum for travelers.  The site provides industry analysis and expert opinions regarding travel, customer service, the airline industry, airfares, in-flight service and airport related topics.  Sky Steward also serves as a resource for several national media outlets, including USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, MSNBC, NPR, Travel Weekly and Fox news.

Margery Wilson

A seasoned world traveler, Margery Wilson lists her passport as her favorite possession. Margery has worked as a writer and editor across the publishing world for over forty years, from magazines to newspapers to book publishing. She has worked in the health field, and has also served as a consultant to the hospitality, restaurant and spa industries.

Margery has traveled the world “on a shoestring,” and is a wealth of firsthand information on finding ways to cut costs while enjoying a first class journey.  She has enjoyed five star comforts in some of the finest world destinations, has stayed in hostels, private homes, rented flats and pitched tents across America, Scandinavia, Europe and Russia.  “When it comes to travel, I love it all!”

Margery co-hosts the Jetiquette Radio Show and podcasts with Gailen David.  A native of Southern California, Margery currently lives in Massachusetts, has two grown daughters and shares her life with three cats and an Italian Greyhound named Buddy.

Elizabeth Smith

Elizabeth Smith is a 13-year frequent flyer, travel manager/blogger, and customer advocate.  Her travel management clients include Anderson’s Conn Valley/Ghost Horse Vineyards and Preston-Layne & Partners, Inc.  Her responsibilities include planning domestic and international travel, providing essential airport and destination information, managing frequent traveler loyalty accounts, and serving as the intermediary between her clients and travel providers during travel irregularities.
