I enjoyed another appearance with the crew of Today in South Florida on NBC 6 to discuss some ways to make any flight a more pleasant and upscale experience by taking along some of my favorites.

Oxylent is such a great way to get your daily dose of vitamins whether on the road, in the air, or at home. The packets are easily transportable. Much better than a bulk vitamin pill box. Just open a packet add to a bottle or glass of water and you are good to go. They have a new kids’ formula too. Will definitely have that on hand when I travel with my nephews and will give some to their mom so they have extra defense against the colds and flus that get passed around school each year.
