Savonlinna Opera Festival is one of the leading festivals in Finland, and one of the most highly regarded opera festivals in the world. It is attended annually by over 60,000 guests.
There is a unique project, through which anyone can participate in creating an opera. The finished opera production will have it’s premiere at the Savonlinna Opera Festival in July 2012.
