I had an enchanting afternoon at Wish on South Beach…flawlessly fabulous at The Hotel which is located at 8th and Collins. The “The Mad Hatter’s for Success Afternoon Tea” event put on by Dress For Success Miami; which prepares women and men to succeed.

I still call it the Tiffany Hotel which it was called until Tiffany Jewelry filed a lawsuit to have the property remove “Tiffany” from their name citing trademark infringement. Well, the last time I checked there was plenty of that going on over on Canal Street in Manhattan! Well, this Miami jewel has only thrived since then as “The Hotel” and their restaurant, Wish is been a favorite on the Beach for years.
They’ve completely renovated the garden in this summmer and added a wine room/cellar directly across from the chef’s table. There really is nothing like this restaurant. How could I not mention the service? The staff is friendly, professional, and accomodating and kept a full, ice cold flute of champagne in my hand the entire time. I immediately made a dinner reservation for friends visitng in September and I will report back.
