A Great Flight Starts with Something Sweet

You’ve heard this from me before, but I just spoke to a group of people yesterday about a technique to make any flight more pleasant and I was surprised how many people had never heard of my Upgrade Bags!

The gift of giving is one of the greatest gifts of all; especially when its magic lifts the level of personal and attentive service on airline flights to new heights. One of my favorite Jetiquette® tips is the “Upgrade Bag” which is not only the perfect way to show appreciation to airline staff but has been known to result in some of the most enjoyable flights on record.

The Upgrade Bag may be presented to your gate agent and/or your crew as you board the aircraft or at another time that may feel more appropriate.

• Include candy, gourmet popcorn and anything else that may be enjoyed and shared by the crew
• Present the bag to the “Lead” or “Purser” if possible
• Sit back and enjoy your flight
