Coconut Grove is Miami’s Waterfront Gem
“The Grove” as it is referred to by the locals, is a lush tropical sailing community that has a history that is as interesting as its inhabitants. Pan American even developed their original seaplane base at Coconut Grove’s Dinner Key for flights to the Caribbean and South America before those areas developed land based airport operations. Peacocks are the official ambassadors of Coconut Grove and you’ll often encounter painted striking peacock statues placed throughout the Grove or you may even encounter one in-person such as the ones that regularly visit my driveway.
I guarantee that your visit to the Miami area will be infinitely more enjoyable and memorable when you spend some time with us in The Grove.
